💧 Plans auto-renew on the 1st of each month using the payment method on file.
💧 You’re billed only for the number of lessons scheduled that month.
💧 Billing is based on your reserved schedule, not attendance.
💧 Scheduled holidays and planned closures are automatically reflected in monthly billing.

❌ NO REFUNDS

💧 All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason.
💧 This includes monthly tuition, missed lessons, unused classes, and gift cards.
💧 Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded or reversed.

🎁 GIFT CARDS

💧 Gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
💧 Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.
💧 Gift cards are not transferable once redeemed.

🔁 ENROLLMENT & TRANSFERS

💧 Enrollment reserves your same day and time each week until you cancel.
💧 You may transfer to a different class, time, coach, or location based on availability.
💧 Transfers apply only to future lessons and do not create credits or carry over missed classes.
💧 Monthly plans cannot be shared—even among family members.

📆 CANCEL ANYTIME

💧 No long-term commitment—cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
💧 Cancel before the 1st to avoid the next month’s charge.
💧 Cancellations stop future billing only. Previously charged tuition is not refundable.

🎟️ MAKE-UPS

💧 If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, you may receive a Lesson Token.
💧 To qualify, the absence must be reported at least 1 hour in advance via the client portal.
💧 Each swimmer may earn one Token per month for client-reported absences.
💧 Tokens may be used for a drop-in lesson of the same age, level, and type, subject to availability.
💧 Tokens may be used at any location.
💧 Tokens may be scheduled up to 7 days in advance.
💧 Tokens must be used within 30 days of issue.
💧 Tokens expire immediately upon cancellation of enrollment.
💧 Tokens have no cash value and cannot be refunded, credited, transferred, or exchanged.

🛑 CLASS CANCELLATIONS BY US

💧 If we cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a Lesson Token.
💧 Tokens issued for school-initiated cancellations do not count toward monthly limits.
💧 Tokens may be used for a drop-in lesson of the same age, level, and type, subject to availability.
💧 Tokens may be used at any location.
💧 Tokens must be used within 30 days of issue.
💧 Tokens expire immediately upon cancellation of enrollment.
💧 Tokens have no cash value and cannot be refunded, credited, transferred, or exchanged.

🧩 SCHEDULE CHANGES

💧 From time to time, we may need to cancel, change, or consolidate classes based on enrollment levels, staffing availability, or operational needs.
💧 If a class is canceled by us, a Lesson Token will be issued.

📲 COMMUNICATIONS

💧 Schedule updates and cancellations are sent via text, email, and/or the client app.
💧 It’s your responsibility to keep notifications enabled and monitor messages.

🌧️ WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

💧 If we close due to weather, you’ll be notified.
💧 No message means class is ON.

⏰ LATE ARRIVALS

💧 Classes start and end on time.
💧 Lessons cannot be extended for late arrivals.

👩‍🏫 COACH AVAILABILITY

💧 Specific coaches are not guaranteed.
💧 Qualified substitutes may be used as needed.

⏳ WAITLISTS

💧 If a class is full, you may join the waitlist via the client portal.
💧 When a spot becomes available, the next family on the waitlist will be notified via text or email based on their notification preferences.
💧 It is your responsibility to enable and monitor messages. Missed notifications may result in losing your place on the waitlist.
💧 Once notified, you will have 4 business hours to accept or decline the spot before it is offered to the next family.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 CUSTOM GROUP LESSONS

💧 Custom group lessons are for friends or family sharing a time slot.
💧 All participants must maintain active enrollments.
💧 If one participant cancels, the remaining swimmer will move to private lesson rates.
