OUR POLICIES ARE DESIGNED TO KEEP THINGS SIMPLE AND FAIR FOR EVERYONE. THEY HELP US DELIVER THE HIGHEST-QUALITY SWIM LESSONS WHILE RETAINING OUR DEDICATED AND TALENTED STAFF.
MONTHLY BILLING & AUTO-RENEWAL
💧 All plans auto-renew on the 1st of each month using the payment method on file, based on the number of scheduled lessons that month.
💧 Example: If you swim on Mondays and there are 3 Mondays in the month, you’ll be billed for 3 lessons.
💧 Example: If you swim on Mondays and there are 5 Mondays in the month, you’ll be billed for 5 lessons.
💧 Our Holiday Schedule may affect the number of lessons for the month—check your schedule in the client portal for details.
CANCEL ANYTIME
💧 No long-term commitment! You may drop your enrollment at any time prior to your auto renew date via the client portal.
💧 Drop date = the day of your final class. This keeps your spot reserved through your last lesson.
💧 Stopping Auto-Pay: To avoid future charges, cancel before the 1st of the month.
💧 Late Cancellations: We do not offer refunds once monthly tuition has been charged.
MAKE-UPS
💧 Each swimmer is eligible for one make-up lesson per month if they are unable to attend their scheduled lesson.
💧 To qualify, the absence must be reported at least 1 hour in advance through the client portal. (Emails, texts, or verbal notifications are not accepted.)
💧 Make-ups must be used within 30 days of the missed class and are only available to clients with current enrollments.
💧 Make-ups are subject to availability and cannot be extended, refunded, or converted into credits.
💧 Make-ups can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance.
💧 Make-ups may be used at any location, but must match the same class level and age requirements as the missed class..
CUSTOM GROUP LESSONS
💧 These are for friends & family who want to share a time slot.
💧 Both participants must maintain active memberships. If one cancels, the other will switch to private lesson rates.
