Hi my name is Olivia! I am the Liquid Lifestyles Customer Care Representative! I will most likely be the person on the other end of the phone if you call us, and the person responding to all your texts and emails! I love getting to welcome people as they begin their swimming journey with us. With experience in both customer service and swim instructing, I’ve found the perfect balance here—I get to support our swimmers every step of the way while also sharing my passion for water safety!
One of my favorite parts of this role is seeing people grow in confidence, whether it’s a child learning to float for the first time or an adult taking the plunge into swim lessons. Helping create those “aha!” moments is what inspires me every day.
Outside of work, I enjoy slowing things down with yoga, playing with my dog, diving into a good book, and of course, spending time in the water myself. Swimming has always been such an important part of my life, and I love being able to help others make it part of theirs too!
