I grew up spending a lot of time in the water. After swim lessons, I began swimming competively at 8 years old for the YMCA. In high school, I competed in relays swimming butterfly as well as, individual freestyle and backstroke events. My favorite part of being on the team was practice everyday.
Swimming has taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of understanding proper technique. I have fond memories from my own experience taking swim lessons. They have helped in my personal development significantly with lessons of consistency and team work. Now, I’m excited to share those ideas with the next generation of swimmers.
I believe that everyone should feel confident and safe in the water, my goal is to provide a supportive, high-energy environment where we focus on both safety and progress but most importanly fun! Encouraging swimmers to overcome individual setbacks and achieve goals through intentional and effective curriculum.
