Our Swim Lesson Programs
Baby Bubbles
(Ages 6mos-30mos)
Our Baby Bubbles™ group classes are for infants and toddlers as young as six months and up to 2.5 years old (30 mos). Your baby will begin to discover water’s natural forces and develop techniques for safe submersion and recovery. They will explore the water through songs, games and colorful toys as they gradually become comfortable in and around the water.
Classes are split by age group:
Baby Bubbles 1 (BB-1) for ages 6 mos - 18 mos.
Baby Bubbles 2 (BB-2) for ages 19 mos - 30 mos.
PREREQUISITES:
Child should be able to hold their head steady on their own.
A parent or caregiver is required to join the class in the water.

Liquid Bubbles
(Ages 2.5-10)
Liquid Bubbles® Learn-to-Swim Program offers small group lessons for children ages 2.5-10, using a proven, progressive approach to build efficient swimming skills from the very start. Our class size is always just 2 swimmers per coach, so each child gets focused attention. Kids move up when they’re ready - no set number of sessions—ensuring personal progress and a fun, confidence-boosting swim experience.
Liquid Bubbles has 3 levels progressing from water comfort to controlled swimming movements:
Level 1: For beginners with no experience or water anxiety - focuses on aquatic comfort and basic safety skills through games and toys.
Level 2: For children comfortable underwater who can float and swim short distances - develops independence and foundational swimming skills.
Level 3: For independent swimmers ready for controlled movements - introduces proper stroke techniques, breathing habits, and prepares for competitive swimming.
Liquid Medals
Liquid Medals™ is a competitive swim program for kids ages 6-12, featuring small group lessons (2 students per coach) and personalized training in all four strokes, starts, turns, and finishes. Real-time feedback is provided via waterproof headsets, and swimmers progress at their own pace - no set session limits. The focus is on building speed, skill, and racing strategy for young athletes aiming for excellence.
Liquid Medals has 3 levels progressing from competitive basics to elite techniques:
Bronze: For swimmers passing our 5-Star Safety Test - focuses on competitive basics, timing, and stroke refinement with introduction to all four strokes.
Silver: For swimmers with 1+ season experience who are legal in freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke - emphasizes stroke refinement and butterfly development.
Gold: For experienced competitive swimmers legal in all 4 strokes - advanced technique work, race strategy, and training metrics using methods of world's elite swimmers.
