TRIATHLON SWIMMING 101
A clear, practical classroom guide specifically designed for the beginner triathlete. This clinic emphasizes basic triathlon swimming skills, open-water training and racing strategies, and provides answers all of your pre-race questions.  Classroom discussion topics will include; pre-race preparations, course evaluation and other things to consider prior to the start, sighting and navigational skills, drafting and passing techniques, and tips for how to train safely in any body of water. Practical in-water skill development will supplement classroom exercises. If you want to race better, faster, and more efficiently without all the pre-race anxiety follow these simple guidelines and successfully complete your next triathlon.
